H2O SIM in ATT Phoenix 4 (LM-X210APM) would not register on network
I've an unlocked ATT Phoenix 4 (LM-X210APM) that is on the approved and supported list. I'm unable to register on the network with my carrier's SIM H2O (ATT MVNO). No cellular voice/data, however, Wifi Calling does work.
I've had success with a Moto G Stylus, but that is not phone for this SIM.
Any suggestion on what I can try to resolve this?

contact H2O if the phone is unlocked its not ATT's problem.

To update on the issue
Yes, I did finally contact H2O and the solution is to add an APN. It appears with the 3G shutdown, the phone now needs APN for voice/text/data.
This are the settings they gave me.
NAME:H2O
APN: PRODATA
MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
MMS proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,supl,hipri
