Would not let me put IEMI number in. Wanted to show different IEMI number that I did have on that number. I have phone I purchased from another guy and store here changed my sim with contacts from my other sim. So do I need to get phone number of previous owner of phone to Unlock???

The IEMI is not on your sim, it's per device.
Call 611 if your account info (ie, what SIM they think you have on your account) is wrong.
