If you request to unlock the SIM lock on the dedicated site, the sales history or the unlock is not possible because it has not been activated will be displayed.

Hi there, we completely understand the importance of getting your device unlocked.

Your device will need to be activated on the AT&T network in order to be unlocked. If you're unsure on how to activate your Galaxy Z Flip3, then just follow the steps on our online activation portal

Additionally, your device will need to meet our other device unlock requirements. Specifically, your phone will need to either have active postpaid service for 60 consecutive days, or active PREPAID service for 6 consecutive months.

Please let us know if this helps clears this up for you.

If you purchase the phone used, contact the seller about getting the phone unlocked. Otherwise you may have to return the phone.

@FOCK ,

I have to ask... why did you buy an AT&T locked device if you didn't plan to use it on AT&T?

They will never unlock it until after you use AT&T service for the alotted time they require.

If you don't want AT&T service,  then return the phone while you still can and buy a properly unlocked device. Or, at least one that works on the carrier you plan to use.
