Galaxy S4 Active: Update Interrupted
Every time I try to update my S4 Active, I always recieve an "update interrupted" message after the update begins and I'm stuck on 4.3 Jellybean. I've tried a factory reset on the phone which did nothing to fix the problem.

If it still doesn't work I'd recommend d taking it to your local device support center and see if they can get it on there for you

I wouldn't be in a big hurry to update to Kitkat. Ever since I updated my s4 active to kitkat 4.4 I have had problems with it. I'm really not happy and had I known it was going to make my phone so slow and buggy I would have tried to hold out on the update for as long as possible.
