Galaxy S2: Some camera settings are not stored.

Some camera settings are not stored.

Please try to replicate:

Menu > Edit shortcuts > Drag Exposure Value to shortcut bar.

Next stop the camera either by: Exiting via Active Applications or by rebooting.

Restart the camera and the Exposure Value shortcut is no longer on the bar.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix?

Note that some camera settings are saved (like when I turn off the flash  then it will still be off after the camera app is closed and re-opened).

I realize I could keep the camera running all the time, but I'd prefer not to.

I stumbled upon the solution!

After making any changes to the settings you must close the app by hitting the back button twice quickly.

This is the official way to close the app and it causes the camera to save its settings.
