Galaxy s 3 update
How do i get the kies update to work on my galaxy s 3? I have tried unsuccessfully on two different laptops. This is very irritating. I called a store and they don't do the updates. Not doing a wi-fi update is bad business. Will be moving to Verizon.

I'm sorry you're having a problem with Keis. What happens when you try to update?
Are you having a problem with the Keis software itself or is it not recognizing the fact that an update is available.

Knox, you need to make sure you use the original USB that came with your GS3 and make sure you plug it into the USB port directly into the back of your PC. I assume you downloaded KEIS and it will not recognize the phone? Plenty of people are in your shoes. For whatever reason KEIS will not see the device unless you do what I said above. Good luck!
