Galaxy Note 8, Unlocked, international, Dual SIM, 128GB - WiFi calling and Visual Voicemail support
I purchased a Galaxy Note 8, Unlocked, international, Dual SIM, 128GB in November 2017 and after much frustration and working with an AT&T specialist found these features were not supported on this version of the phone at that time. Is this phone now supported and if not when and if not why. As an international traveler these features are important.

To the best of my knowledge for Android AT&T only supports the “advanced” calling features (Wi-Fi calling, Visual Voicemail, NumberSync) on AT&T branded devices, so the most likely answer is not supported. I don't know why, having never used an AT&T branded device I've never used these features and I don't know if there's any real technical reason why AT&T wouldn't enable those, but that's the bottom line. If you want these features on AT&T, buy an AT&T-branded device or an iPhone. If you want the freedom of using any carrier, forget these features or buy an iPhone.

show me a us carrier that sells a dual sim phone? You can't as they shun them from some reason.... As for 128gb the phone has a sd slot that can take a huge 256gb sd card that can be used as adaptable storage.. Sorry to say ATT could careless about dual sim phones... As to unlocked phones getting features att could careless about that also at this point...
