Galaxy J7 calls cutting in and out
3 weeks ago I left Sprint for ATT and purchased a Samsung Galaxy J737A. I have a problem with calls cutting in and out every 30 seconds or so. I am within 2 miles of cell tower but seldom have more than one bar signal strength. Any suggestions?

We’d like to give you a better calling experience. What is your zip code? Does the lower call quality happen in places other than your home? Does it happen outside and inside buildings? We recommend using our Troubleshoot Device tool by selecting your device and picking ‘Phone calls’ under ‘Service/Network issues.’
