Ever since yesterday I can't call or receive calls and I can't text or receive texts and I just put $25 on my account a couple days ago

I put 25 on my account a couple of days ago as of yesterday I couldn't call or text and I couldn't receive calls or texts top left-hand corner of my phone is a SIM card symbol with the X on it when I pulled it down very rare case it says no SIM card put SIM card in and says emergency calls only so I know I should have more than $12 in my account also I was here before and the person said try to turn the phone off and back on but that didn't do anything and I don't know what to do only reason I have data is because I'm home and we have data on my Spectrum account here please help

Have you checked your pay go online account to see if your refill was used to pay for service?

What plan are you on? Did your $12 plus the $25 refill provide enough to pay for your plan plus taxes? If you manually pay you would not have gotten the auto-pay discount
