E-sim QR code to activate open new phone
I got a new phone on Amazon, and my current sim card does not fit. Is there a way to obtain an QR-code for an E-sim in my old phone to scan it in my new phone and get it activated without going to the store.

It doesn't work that way. The phone that's going to have the eSIM must be a model that's provisioned by AT&T for eSIM.
You should be able to order a physical SIM for the new phone, and that's likely going to be your best option.
