Error "We couldn't complete your order because of a technical glitch."
I have a business account and I'm trying to use the upgrade function through online because it's much cheaper. For whatever reason I can't get the same pricing in-store even though it doesn't say only online. I continue to get "We couldn't complete your order because of a technical glitch." And now the payment that I've made has been cancelled and my bank was not the one who cancelled it. I need this phone ASAP due to the current phone not working at all. And the customer service for the business lines have no idea on what to do.

Were you able to get this resolved? I am having the same issue trying to upgrade 3 of our lines and have entered the order twice (cancelled the original). I called after the first time but it was taking SO long because they evidently couldn't find where the order was placed, even though I could go into the account and get an order number and cancel it. They were going to have to upgrade each line individually and I just didn't have the time to spend on the phone this week to do it, hence why I did it online to begin with. Any help appreciated!
