Error "We couldn't complete your order because of a technical glitch."
I have a business account and I'm trying to use the upgrade function through online because it's much cheaper. For whatever reason I can't get the same pricing in-store even though it doesn't say only online. I continue to get "We couldn't complete your order because of a technical glitch." And now the payment that I've made has been cancelled and my bank was not the one who cancelled it. I need this phone ASAP due to the current phone not working at all. And the customer service for the business lines have no idea on what to do.
