Good afternoon @PunMiester420, we know how vital your messaging is, and we are here to help!

Could you provide for us the model number of your device? This will help us to identify what may be causing the problem. To find your model number:

1. Go to Settings. You may have to go into the System
menu next.

2. Tap About Phone or About Device to view the model
name and number.

Try these fixes from our community in the meantime to help resolve Android messaging issues:

  • Restart your device. In some instances, it may just be cached information, and restarting the device can resolve it.
  • Clear storage from the messenger app. Go to Setting >Tap on Apps > Select Messages app > Tap Storage > Select Clear Cache.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Same issue here. Sometimes texts go through and sometimes I recieve this error. Also, I can't make calls sometimes.

Per the advice of someone at tech support, I went to the store and got a new SIM card. Did it work? No. Same problem.

What makes it even stranger is everything works perfect when I'm at an AT&T store.

Same problem, same phone. Have been without reliable service for 2 months now. My phone won't stay registered to the network and any mobile data I'm able to use keeps coming up as 5Ge. When I started having problems I noticed a 5G Standalone option under mobile networks in the phone settings. I am not able to turn this option off. Same with the Network Operator.

Same problem with Samsung S23 Ultra. Has been unreliable for months. This is clearly an AT&T/ Samsung issue and not individual phones. I have tovrestart my phone at least a dozen times each day. That doesn't always work either. Seen countless reports of people being recommended to change SIM and even phone numbers. None of it has worked.

I'm encountering the same issue with my S23 Ultra. @ATTHelp give us something that actually WORKS instead of just telling us to restart our phones and/or clear our caches.
