Unable to sync my email. Never had an issue, then all of a sudden I get a message unable to connect to server. Not sure how to fix

Hello @Jamincarol!

It may be discomposing when your email stops syncing. Email is an immeasurable communication aspect in my practice. I am eager to assist!

Although our older email servers are in the process of retiring, we have provided an AT&T Email Updater link to fix the issues you are experiencing. When you arrive at the main screen, please check the box and click Continue. Then follow six easy steps to configure and update your settings.

You can also check out this link for the Update Email Server Settings for AT&T thread. If you run into any issues with the automatic updater, this will walk you through a manual configuration.
