I want to unlock my device but I didn't received any email for confirmation?

Hi there @Junich12914, we'll be happy to help you get your device unlocked.
The unlock confirmation email is typically sent within an hour after submitting your request, and expires 24 hours after the request is made. If you aren't seeing this email in your inbox, try checking your spam and junk folders for it instead.
If the confirmation email expires, then your unlock request will automatically be denied. Keep an eye on your unlock status, and once your current one is denied, submit a new unlock request and check your email for the confirmation message.
