Did not receive confirmation email for my device unlock request

I am no longer an AT&T customer, I submitted a request to unlock my phone that I purchased through samsung. And I never recieved a confirmation email... i purchased this device outright. And i am severely upset that your system is not working properly! Please help me fix this issue. I need my phone! Thank you!!

If you purchased your device directly from Samsung, then it might not be locked to AT&T. However, I'd try re-submitting your request at att.com/deviceunlock and be sure to select that you're not an AT&T customer.
