Device Unlock Site Down For Ages

I bought an HTC One M7 from Best Buy that was locked to the ATT network in January.  I'm currently on T-Mobile so I went through the hassle of unlocking the phone through the "Device Unlock Service Portal" and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be and a couple of days later I had my unlock code.  

 

However, my phone turned off one day and simply would not turn back on again.  So I sent it in to HTC and they sent me a new one.  Unfortunately, the second go around on unlocking this phone has not be nearly as painless.  I've been without a phone for over a week now and there is still no word back about unlocking it.  It's my business phone and my clients are freaking out.  Whenever I try to check on it, I get the same message about "We’re sorry, but we’re having technical difficulties with our network at the moment."  I've called customer support, but they can't help because they say everything has to be done through that website.   

 

Does anyone know when the site is going to be back up?  Or if there is alternate way to unlock the phone?  Is anyone else experiencing the same frustration I am?

Your first and last name

The IMEI number for the phone

Your unlock request number

A good contact email address

The page is down again, and I'm in a similiar situation with my ATT locked replacement.  I called CS and they say it's been a couple of days now, no ETA on the fix, and they can't do anything for Me.  Please advise. TY!

This is a joke.  I've been trying this since before Christmas.  Still down.  I called, and they said I have to use the website, but the website has been broken for almost a month now.

So this online site never works? Went to a store and they couldn't access the unlock code online either. The first phone tech hung up after awhile of trying. The second tech cheerfully told me to try again later. I think it's a big joke at ATT. They don't want non-customers buying phones and unlocking them for use on other networks.
