Device Unlock Issues

did the request to unlock my device but didn’t get the email to confirm it. Tried to do new request 24/hrs later and couldn’t do new request. I checked the status and it says it pending I need to confirm the request on email.  But I have not gotten that email to confirm it!  What do i do?

Please confirm that you have checked if the e-mail was routed to a junk mail or other folder.

Ive checked in my email everywhere. There's not one anywhere. And this is what I get when I check the status. But how am I supposed to confirm if there was never an email to confirm??? I cant do a new request because of this pending one.

Please edit your post and remove your device IMEI number from the public view. We want to keep your account information secure at all times.

 

When you submit a device unlock, you must open the confirmation email and click the link to confirm the request within 24 hours, or it will cancel. The confirmation email is usually received within minutes of submitting your request. If you haven't received the confirmation email, please check and see if it was routed to your junk mail or another folder. 

 

Due to seasonal high volumes of device unlock requests, the process may extend past the 24/48 hour completion date. If the DUR status is still pending, the automated system will void the request number due to not confirming the email and remove it.

 

We recommend checking the unlock status after 48 hours. If the request is the same, feel free to reach back to us again to proceed further.

I am having the same issue.  Submitted the unlock request, never received the email link from AT&T, yes I checked my spam folder.  Checked status of unlock request, says it is pending, but put on hold since email link wasn't confirmed (never got the email).  Followed instructions to resubmit, but it won't let me since there is already a request pending.  Called customer service support, on hold for 20 minutes, and they told me to keep trying to submit the request online and they couldn't help me to unlock the device.  Very frustrating.
