Device unlock instructions don't reflect reality
I went through the att.com/deviceunlock and entered everything on 6/17/21. I got an email saying click on this link to confirm within 24 hours. I did it about 12 hours after the request. I don't recall seeing an error. Then later I click the link in the email to check status. Website replies system error. So I browse to the status link and enter my info again. Now the status comes up and tells me;
Current status - Pending
It looks like you haven't confirmed so we hit pause on your unlock request. Use the link in the email we sent you and we'll get back to business. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or submit a new request.
The link they gave me "to get back to business" still results in a "system error". I cannot "submit a new request" because it tells me that there is already a request pending.
