Device unblock case

My device and phone line was blocked by the  network by mistake  because  AT&T thought that my phone was lost or stolen because I got another phone and put my SIM card into my new phone, it u worked fine for a few days, then suddenly it was  suspended, so I called AT&T and used My AT&T support chat multiple times to speak with multiple representatives and explained my situation, Finally the last person I spoke to setup and filed a request/claim to get my device and my phone line reinstated and my device unblacklisted, he also gave me a case number for my case, how do I find out about the progress of my request/claim? My case number is (Edited to remove personal information)

Did you get rid of the phone that was blacklisted and not use that phone anymore? Did you put your sim card back into the good phone, call AT&T and correct the IMEI to match the good phone?

Yes I tried putting  my SIM card back in my old phone, it didnt worn, AT&T  told me that my line was suspended cuz my phone had been reported Iost or stolen, , but reinstated it when  I said no my phone wasn't  lost or stolen,  then, 30 mins later it was suspended and blocked again and they said now my new phone  was reported lost or stolen, but ended up reinstating my (Edited per community guidelines) again and then suspended  and reinstated it multiple times  now.....
