Device has been blocked from network use

My mother sent me her old phone (android ZTE, 2016 model) and it is unlocked but when i put my sim card in and try to make a call i get an automated message saying  "we're sorry, but this device has been blocked from network use. Please contact your network service provider."

Allow us to assist. It's possible to check the unlock status of a device by following these instructions.


If locked, then the original owner of the device will have to submit a request for approval.

I have received a at&t phone moving it to another provider need to remove the block so I can get my phone switched  I have to have this done by tomorrow  I tried on your web but it tells me I need to wait for 60 days  I need to solve this in 24 hours  HELP
