Dear AT&T - What is the plan for the S2 Freeze-ups?
It is obvious there is a major problem here, with the S2 freezing up and shutting down at random times.
Have you reproduced this problem yourselves?
What is the plan to remedy this?
Is there going to be an update specifically to fix this?
Is Jelly Bean going to be released to the S2? If so, when, and have you verified that it fixes this issue?
