Connection problem

My 3G is on, I have full bars, but when I go to a site it says, OFFLINE. My service is AT&T and my phone is the ulefone Note 7.

Not surprised. Can you even call or text?

And when at&t shuts down 3g it wont work at all.

If you just bought the phone, return it.

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't yet, try a restart on your Note 7 to see if that helps. Press and hold the power button until the option to restart appears. Tap Restart, then tap Restart again.

 

If this doesn't help, could you let us know which OS your device is running? Do you get a stronger signal in other areas, or are able to connect to data in other areas? Please let us know.
