No screen shot?

Was this phone factory reset when you got it?

Did you download Chrome?

Have you closed all tabs in Chrome and reopened a new tab?

Hello Jinthehand, we're here to help with your Google Chrome inquiry.

Upon first access, review the Welcome to Chrome prompt. Select Terms of Service or Privacy Notice to review as desired. Select Accept & continue. If you have already added a Google account to the device you will be prompted to sign in to Chrome.

Select Yes, I'm in to sign in. Select No thanks to continue without signing in. If prompted, review permissions and if you agree select Accept. Apps built for Android 6.0 or later will ask for permissions once you start using them.

Make sure your Google account is registered.

  • Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon Settings icon.
  • Select Accounts and backup, then select Accounts. Select Add account.
  • Select Google.
  • Enter your Email or phone number, then select Next. Enter your Password, then select Next.
  • Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy prompt, then select I agree. Review the Google Services prompt, then select the Back up to Google Drive switch if you wish to do so. Select Agree or ACCEPT to complete.

Let us know if this helps.
