Cant send mms from alcatel tetra
I have been trying all day to send pictures from my Alcatel Tetra it just keeps saying sending but never sends .Also I can not receive pictures either. Ive been trying to send them to my son who is on the same plan as me ..i have tried everything taking battery out...turning off and back on mobile network...HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

It has the LTE signal so I know I am getting data also I am able to rend regular messages just not pictures ..again can't get or send any. The phone is new .

well it's oct 26, 2019... I work at Cricket wireless, usually people come with this problem and I have solved it by simply going into the APN setting and putting the correct proxy assigned to the carrier and the model of the phone... once that is done it sends and receives multimedia messages very fast, although today someone with an alcatel tetra came in and had this problem, sheeeet I did everything on the book, I even restored it's previous values, and it did not work, I am not recommending those alcatel phones ever! the customer left so unsatisfied and angry, even though I did not sell her that junk lol xD
