Can't receive images via SMS using WiFi calling
When I'm at home, I can't get a signal with my Galaxy Note 8. That's the whole reason I got this phone - no service with AT&T at home. Now, I can make and receive phone calls at home using WiFi calling, but texting is sketchy at best. Pictures, in particular, won't ever download while I'm at home.

Thanks for the post. We will be happy to help you with messaging.
Most home routers broadcast using two SSIDs both 2.4 GHz, and 5.0 GHz. If yours does try connecting to the other SSID, and try downloading the MMS.
If you still experience issues -the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool is a great place to begin a troubleshooting flow to help. Select Messaging just under Service/network issues, or sign in for a personalized solution.

This a problem that affects many users and typically occurs when wifi calling is used on any type of network and there is no access to mobile data.
