Can't get firmware to update on unlocked LG V60
I have an unlocked LG V60 model LM-V600AM on firmware version V600AM10q. Every time I attempt to update the firmware it downloads but fails to install it with message "The software update could not be installed." How can I get this to work?

Yes. I have an ATT account with a sim and am registered in ATT towers with 5g.

I saw an announcement that the Lg V60 is about to get Android 11 upgrades. Will I be able to get it if my OTA upgrades aren't currently working?
