Cannot transfer advanced messages to new phone

I have used Advanced Messaging for a few months. Now I am switching to a new phone. However, none of the advanced messages have transferred. How do I get these messages to transfer?

We'll be happy to clarify this for you @RSEARTH.

 

You cannot transfer Advanced Messages to a new phone. If you want to have this option going forward, we'd advise you to make sure Advanced Messaging is turned off on your device.
