Cannot delete or edit contacts
I need help deleting or editing contacts. Every time I try either action, they immediately revert to the original entry. I can add new contacts. Help please!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with editing your contacts information. I will be more than happy to help you get this problem resolved!
After doing some research, I found this error can occur if your contacts are linked to a secondary account or application. Google Contacts is a great way to manage this information.
In addition, to ensure the conflict isn’t related to a third party app, please launch your phone in Safe Mode and try editing your contacts. If the issue stops, you may want to start installing apps one at the time to identify the one causing the problem.
The Device Support Tool is an excellent resource to find step-by-step instruction on how to manage your phone settings. Please make sure to select your device make and model for correct information.
