Cancel unlock request - bad email
Hi,
I tried to submit an unlock request but the email went to the wrong address. Is there a way to cancel the request so I can send another or unlock the phone in spite of the current request?

I sent the request via the unlock portal, the unlock portal ignored the email address I supplied and sent the message to the email address on file, which does not exist. I cannot make another request via the portal while I already have a pending request, but I cannot complete the pending request because that email address doesn't exist

I contacted support, they said they couldn't do anything for me, and that I need to wait 24 hours for the request to automatically expire, then I can try again.
However, searching on the internet led me to this forum. it seems that many requests do not actually automatically expire in 24 hours:

actually never mind, talking to sales rep on the chat portal got my phone unlocked: https://www.att.com/contactus/index/wireless.html?tab=1
