Yep. Happens more often than you think. As mentioned, it's just another scammer/spammer/phisher attempt. Just delete and ignore.

Yes but they are moved to the spam folder and gmail deletes the spam messages automatically in 30 days.

You know when you leave you your email address with any state, county, or city government agency they will sell the email address to multiple entities.

@Goffi There is more of your personal information available on the dark web than you can imagine. If you ever bought a house, a car, anything that you submitted your email/house address to it is available. There really is very little you can do to stop someone from deep diving on the dark web to gather information on you. Some individuals do that as a "business" and then sell that information to anyone who want to buy it and use it for whatever they want.
