Calls and VM stopped working all of a sudden when I'm in my office but text and data work fine on my Blackberry Key2, 1st time w/any issues

I have had my BB Key2 since last Summer (2019).  I started a new job 9/1/19 and have been in the same office since with no cell issues.  Yesterday when I came into work, I noticed that I was not receiving calls but they were going straight to vm, which I could see come into the vm box, but not able to check, and I was/am not able to make calls either.  All the other aspects of my cell work (text, data) fine.  I left my office for lunch once I was far enough away, the calling and checking of VM worked fine again.  So I have determined that the calling and vm portion of my cell do not work when I am in my office.  I do not believe that I have done anything to my phone to cause this change (after not having any issues for a year), but perhaps I hit a button by accident on my cell.  I need the ability to make and receive calls and be able to check my voice mail when I am at my desk in my office at work.  So, I need to resolve this asap please.

From your documented experience, we believe it may have been due to a temporary network time-out. Please provide us your zip code so we can investigate. Also let us know if this has persisted. For now, we encourage you to use Wi-Fi calling to boost your reception while in the office.
