Hi there @krisann21, let's shed some light on calls that you are not receiving to your LG V60.

In most cases, you can force your phone to reconnect with a closer, stronger signal by performing a restart:

• Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon.
• Select Connections, then select Mobile networks.

You are able to visit device support for additional assistance followed by powering down your device for thirty seconds before turning it back on. Check out our Signal & Cellular Data to view cellular network signal, turn cellular data connection, international roaming, and mobile data connection on or off.

It's important to collect accurate information throughout this process and at times it may be necessary to explore other options to troubleshoot, such as:

• A possible device change.
• A software update for the device.
