Boot on Charge Please!
AT&T, I just started using the Nexus 6 through At&t and you need to change the Lolipop OS immediately and add BOOT on CHARGE command, please.
There are many apps for rooted Nexus phones in the APP store, but you must do this for the AT&T users quickly.

That's more of an OEM level piece of code. Bugging AT&T about this here will be a fruitless endeavor.
