How can I block my kids from using twitter? I delete the app and they just reinstall it. Can I block it from being on the device?

I use this app, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.domobile.applock&hl=en requires you to register it to an email so that it cannot be uninstalled. My daughter hates it.

Lol... My sons should be glad they reached adulthood before technology got this far. They just had to deal with mean ole mom.
