Axia phone

Literally, occurred yesterday morning,  06/19/2019. First purchased the phone  05/06-05/07/2019. I'm not one for living on the phone all day it is used prn.  Yesterday morning went as usual for a work day. My phone is set to snooze every 10 minutes  at 630am. The very last snooze at 710am I had turned/swiped the screen to cease the alarm, out the door for work. Approximately,  7-8 minutes to work, the phone notifications sounds off. I proceed to check and was unable to do so. The phone has no damage nor liquid damage,  which brings me to here. I have attempted the trouble shooting  numerous times with various issues applied,  and still have no resolve for the problem. Service was just placed or Bill paid on Monday 06/17/2019 w/ cricket then this happened.  Of course, walmart is not trying to replace or help, just buy another,  I don't have that luxury.  I have been trying to contact ATT and get no where with that darn robot.  I'd like a replacement or something else of equal or lesser value but equal to size. There's no damage, mishandling of the phone,  NOTHING.  I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. Purchasing another phone  is something I can't do. However, due to the circumstances I would like a replacement.  Help please!!!!!

Hello @Tanym82

When your cellphone doesn't want to work properly, it can been a concern. Allow us to check this out for you!

To gain clarity, do you currently have Postpaid/Prepaid Service with AT&T? Is the device within the return/exchange policy? Have you checked to see if the device is under manufacturer warranty or insured?

Provide us more details so we can further review.

We look forward to hearing from you!
