Hi there @Atlbronco89, we apologize for the delay, but at this time all non - AT&T customers if your device has been paid off early from another service provider, the wireless number assigned to the device must be active for at least 60 days. Wait 48 hours after you make your final payment to submit your unlock request. As stated prior message unless the device meet the requirements of purchased from AT&T, we are unable to unlock your device. Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums.
