At&T Visual Voicemail wants new password that won't upload. Can't use app.
I have used Visual Voicemail for over 2 years. Today, when opening the app a setup screen appeared, directed me to a "New Password" screen. I entered new passwords numerous times following the simple directions. The next step is to enter, which I tried numerous times, however, would not be recognized to complete that screen. I'm stuck now.
Am I lame to another step or missing something?
