AT&T sent a wrong unlock code

I have an LG g5 running android Lollipop.

I sent the IMEI using the unlock portal and received an approved unlock request from AT&T earlier today.

I made sure that the IMEI and the request number are correct. I'm afraid I won't be able to unlock my device.

We'd like to know more about this situation involving your unlock code. When you say you received the wrong code, have you already tried using it? If you did and the code didn't work, what error message did you see if it was unsuccessful?


You can also check the Unlock Status, to see whether there are any issues with this process. You'll need to provide the correct IMEI, and request number as well.

Hello,

The problem was that I was sent a "0" as an unlock code. I applied for another code yesterday and got it this morning.

The new code was the actual one and now my phone is unlocked.

I received the incorrect unlock code for my Note 9, and now I need the defreeze code.

 

I purchased another note 9 for my wife and the code I received the also incorrect
