att samsung s22 short codes don't work

When will the short code problem on ATT network be resolved.  I am still unable to receive short codes on my galaxy s22. Do I need a new sim card or is it the att network itself that is blocking it.  I have done every possible trouble shooting request as posted in the att forums.  I even texted "help" to the short code numbers I cannot receive from.  I need to know how to fix this even it it means switching to another wireless provider.

never resolved.  I was supposed to hear back with 5 days from an ATT tech person via text.  Have not received any updates and the incident was closed by ATT.  Had to open a new incident to start offer.  Waste of my time and (Edited per community guidelines) poor service.
