Att has severed service in parts of 98237

Att, as of 1900 hrs today, claims there is no cell, and or data outage in 98237. As of that time, resident of Presentin creek, Finney Creek, and neighborhoods further south along the south skagot highway, have had no service, internet of cell, since Sunday, Nov 6. Pretty amazing people like "sandblaster" and "constructive", jump to defend att, and claim the outage does not exist, instead of answering the original ?  How does someone go about assessing the best service for an area without buying into a new plan?  Fact remains att has not resumed service, so I'll have to find new service. It really was a simple ?, but these guys just freaked out about att, and any criticism that might entail a cell tower going down (hasn't according to att), in 22mph winds sat night, Nov 5. Interesting that I came here as a new user just interested in the tech, and got theatrics from these 2. Att has cutoff users in the area mentioned 🙄 fact.
