AT@T account
I need to creat an at@t account to turn off the mobile data for samsung galaxy s7 edge but i dont have an american phone number or ID number . How can i solve it ?

Put the phone in airplane mode.
Not enough information. Why don't you have a US number? Why no ID number?
This makes no sense.

Still doesn't make sense. ATT does not provide service in Egypt. You have no need for an ATT account. Are you maybe asking how to get the phone unlocked so you can use it in Egypt?

Sounds like your trying to unlock the device as stated above. Why not turn data off in the settings?
