Approved but Blank Unlock Code after 4 weeks + Being ignored by AT&T Specialist (Larry)! Please help

Hi,

 

I originally posted the following on March 21st.

I requested to unlock my phone from AT&T on March 8th. and then:

 

March 8th (1:31PM)

Received email "Your request to unlock an AT&T device is pending"

Request number: NUL322888336186

 

March 10th (11:20AM):

Received email "We're processing your request to unlock your AT&T device

Request number: NUL322888336186

 

March 15th (12:36PM)

Received email "We've approved your request to unlock an AT&T device)

Request number: NUL322888336186

However, THERE'S NO UNLOCK CODE

 

 

March 15th (in less than an hour at 1:39pm)

Received another automatic email stating "We're processing your rquest to unlock your AT&T device"

 

Request number: NUL322888336186 (SAME REQUEST NUMBER~~)

 

Today is March 21st, and I have not yet gotten anything. 

Please help,

I was then asked to send a private message! And the last message I received from AT&T Community Specialist (Larry) was on March 28th, 2017 and have been ignored ever since.

Please refer to the the following screenshot for detail, and please help.

Hi @cassie.sweety89,

 

I want to begin by apologizing.  I’m not sure what went wrong, but your unlock case was complete and emailed to the address you provided on 3/28/2017 by our Device Unlock Team.  My system never notified me of your previous responses to our Forum’s Inbox.  I completely understand how you feel.  I will make sure to send you a private message containing the unlock code, in-case you cannot locate the email.

 

I apologize for the time this has taken in noticing your response.  Thanks for your patience and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

I WAS ALSO VICTIM OF THIS FRAUD BY AT&T I NEED HELP THIS SCAM BY AT&T HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS!!!!!

ITS 2020 AND ITS STILL GOING ON!!!!!!! MY PHONE IS STILL LOCKED YET THEY LEGALLY HAVE TO COMPLY. LETS GET THIS ON THE NEWS OUTLETS AND GET MEDIA ATTENTION
