Approved but Blank Unlock Code after 2 weeks?? Please help



I requested to unlock my phone from AT&T on March 8th. and then:


March 8th (1:31PM)

Received email "Your request to unlock an AT&T device is pending"

Request number: NUL322888336186


March 10th (11:20AM):

Received email "We're processing your request to unlock your AT&T device

Request number: NUL322888336186


March 15th (12:36PM)

Received email "We've approved your request to unlock an AT&T device)

Request number: NUL322888336186




March 15th (in less than an hour at 1:39pm)

Received another automatic email stating "We're processing your rquest to unlock your AT&T device"


Request number: NUL322888336186 (SAME REQUEST NUMBER~~)


Today is March 21st, and I have not yet gotten anything. 

Please help,
