Hi @janispeek, we're here for you, and we understand that you lost your text messages. We'll definitely help you to get this resolved.

Here are some ways to retrieve them:

  • If you have an iPhone, you can recover deleted text messages by following these steps:
    1. Open the Messages app.
    2. In the upper-left corner, tap Edit.
    3. Select Show Recently Deleted.
    4. Tap the message or messages you want to recover.
    5. In the lower-right corner, select Recover.
    6. Tap Recover Message, or Recover Messages if you are recovering multiple messages.

If you have an Android phone, you might be able to use a third-party app like SMS Backup & Restore to recover deleted  text messages.

Note: On iPhone ( iOS 17) you can restore messages that has been deleted for up to 30 days.

We hope this information helps! If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know.

If they are deleted then you can't. Unless you were using some special option to archive your texts then they are gone.

The provider does not delete messages on your phone. Once delivered they are hands off. Either phone glitched out, they aged out per the phone's setup, or something else.
