My advanced messaging seems to be working between my daughter and I but no matter what we try we can't seem to get it to work between my wife and I. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out on this. We'd love to help. Do you, your daughter, and your wife all have a Note 9? Is Advanced Messaging working between your daughter and your wife? Is your wife's phone AT&T branded or did it come over to us from another carrier? Please let us know!
