ActiveArmor needs a working cellular connection

When trying to block a call using ActiveArmor, it shows a message saying, "No cellular connection. AT&T ActiveArmor Mobile Security needs a working cellular connection to activate. Turn on Mobile Data in Settings."  (See screenshot below.)

In my Samsung Galaxy S9, going to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Mobile Data, it is selected to ON. (See screenshot below.)

All other apps function properly on the mobile network.  Only ActiveArmor is not working.

Any advice on how to fix this problem would be most appreciated.  Thank you.

You need to scroll down to the Active Armor app in the settings where it lists the apps and turn on cellular data there.

Thank you!  It looks a bit different on Android; however, the problem was with the app's permissions.  Once I allowed the standard permissions and restarted my phone, ActiveArmor was able to complete the setup.
