AT&T related help: Manage your AT&T PREPAID account with myAT&T
Wrong email as first time purchaser
I recently purchased a prepaid plan for 1 year. As a new customer, I need a number and SIM card, etc. I just realized that I entered the wrong email (forgot a digit) so I haven’t received any confirmation of my payment, or any details on how to activate. I have no account set up and am unable to get through on the prepaid phone line because I have no number. Is there any way to change the account email? This is a non-refundable transaction so there is no way I can cancel it.
