Worst service EVER!!
All our phones stopped working yesterday. I have been on the phone with AT&T for a total of 6 hours with no resolution. They don't know what is wrong or how to fix it. I keep getting passed from department to department. The last time they sent the problem to the advanced technical support and said it will be another 24 hours. At that point, we will be without phones for 3 days with no end in sight and they don't care. Before hanging up this last time the woman asked "Can I help you with anything else?" You haven't even helped with the one thing I called about! So frustrating!! I have been a customer for 15 years. It's time to switch.

That is the first thing they check obviously. It's an automatic payment.
