Wont let me login to see device.

I bought a hotspot yesterday and was setting it up. Got half way thru after entering numbers off the box and had a to do something. Came back a few minutes later and it says my session timed out and now I can’t figure out how to turn my hotspot on. Every time I try to login with the email I used I get sent to the directtv page.

Hello there @Zstewart82, let's get you connected back to your hotspot.

If you are trying to login through my ATT.com that will send you to the DirectTV page. Clear cache and history on your browser and try again logging in directly to www.paygonline.com with your phone number and password.

View Device Support Tutorials on how to set up a Mobile Hotspot. You'll find the hotspot network name and password in the configuration menu of the mobile hotspot feature on your smartphone.

Connect to your mobile hotspot

To use your AT&T PREPAID mobile hotspot to connect other Wi-Fi®-capable devices to the internet:
Turn on your mobile hotspot device.

Press and hold the power button for two seconds on the Wi-Fi-capable device you want to connect and then open your Wi-Fi / network connection manager.
Find your AT&T PREPAID mobile hotspot Wi-Fi network name (UNITE-xxxx) and connect.
Enter your AT&T PREPAID mobile hotspot Wi-Fi password. It's displayed on the screen of your mobile hotspot.
Launch your internet browser.
