Why is a different name showing up when I make a payment via Kiosk?

I go in and make a payment for my prepaid phone at the kiosk but the name is incorrect on the top right hand corner. I have my name on my online account information but the Kiosk shows differently. Someone better fix this.

Hi, @fixyoursystem,

 

We'd love to help with this. Check to make sure the name is correct on your account. Sign into your prepaid account and go to Personal Info>Edit Personal Info and make the desired changes. Tap Save Changes after. If the wrong name still shows on the Kiosk, then you'll need to talk to the store as they run the Kiosks.
